The products sold on this website are subject to availability and if at all we are unable to supply or deliver the product we reserve the right to substitute a product of similar and equivalent quality, value and colour.
Plants are living and they are not all the same size. We send the best plants we have available at the time.
If you have ordered plants that we are unable to supply, we’ll get in touch with you to offer a substitute of the closest variety of plant where possible or offer a store credit if a similar variety is not available.
You can place the orders online on www.infinitelygreen.com.au and pay online via the available payment gateways. The minimum order limit is $50.
Prices are listed in Australian dollars and include GST.
Your order will not be packed for shipping until full payment is received.
Please provide complete and accurate payment and delivery details. We cannot be responsible for any loss or delay or failure to deliver or process your order resulting from inaccurate or incomplete details provided.
We deliver our plants with our own local courier. Our other products are packed carefully and neatly then sent through Australia Post.
We pack and ship as soon as possible after receipt of your order. Local areas can expect delivery time of 1-5 days, interstate deliveries 5-7 days. Public holiday times will be longer around 10 days.
Delivery charges will be shown in your checkout form via your postcode.
Orders over $250 in value are delivered free.
If you place and and pay for an order and then cancel it before it is shipped, a $15 admin charge will be applied.
A refund of the balance will be issued within 10 working days.
If you have ordered products that we are unable to supply, we’ll get in touch with you to offer a substitute or offer a store credit if a similar variety is not available.
If your plants are the wrong type, or arrive in poor condition, we will issue a store credit for the value of your plants, or mail you replacement plants if we have those available.
If the pots and vases get damaged in transit, please be advised that you would be required to send us a photo as a proof of damage.
If you do not phone or email us within 7 days of receipt we cannot accept responsibility for any issues or delivery problems.
If you have ordered the wrong plant, or changed your mind since purchase, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for plants bought in error.
We are not legally obliged and responsible for any loss that you may suffer as a result of browsing this website or making any orders, be it from errors on servers, or in information, products or services that we may offer or from any other use of this website. Your usage of this website is up to you for which we cannot be held responsible.
